Discovery first
A short, fixed-price engagement to understand where you are, what you need, what success looks like. No quote without it.

Fixed scope, no retainer
No hourly billing. No open-ended retainers. A scoped engagement that ships a thing — and the literacy to keep it shipping.

You leave the principal user
Whatever we build, you understand. The harness is yours, the patterns are documented, the deploy is something you can do alone.

AI as multiplier, discipline as bedrock
The model produces output. The harness around it makes that output safe to ship. Both matter; neither is enough.
The shape of a typical engagement
A one- to four-week discovery, fixed price. Output is a written scope, an architecture sketch, and a price for the build. If the build doesn't fit your business — we stop there and you keep the artefact. If it does, we ship in a fixed-scope engagement. You leave with the system, the literacy, and the precedents your harness needs to keep producing.
